In this article, you'll learn how to set up your payment method on isendu
In isendu's Settings, under the Billings tab, you can see your subscription plan, invoices and payment methods.
You can save more than one payment method on isendu, but please keep in mind that the only accepted methods of payments are credit card and SEPA direct transfer.
To add or change your payment methods, go to your isendu Settings -> Billings -> Add payment method.
- Credit card
This field includes business cards, however cash cards are not allowed.
- SEPA direct debit
With the Monthly Bank Wire Transfer, you can give your bank authorization to make an automatic transfer every month. The total amount of the invoice will be charged by your bank within 5 working days of the invoice date.
Please note: it's very important to enter the correct IBAN code and the respective account owner. Any mistakes leading to a failed payment will result in an IVA markup and 10 euro fee on the invoice.
